At Mr Window®, we are interested in developing business owners. Our system teaches you how to BUILD YOUR BUSINESS and not just how to clean windows. Your training takes place at Mr Window® Headquarters in Lake Elsinore, California. We also train you in your very own market too! Through our comprehensive training program, we will give you the knowledge & training so that you can reach your goals. At Mr Window®, our drive is your success!

Mr Window University

Mr Window® University is the name of our four step training program which teaches you how to work on your business rather than in your business.

Step 1 - Pre Training
Step 2 - Training

Step 4 - Ongoing Training

Step 1 - Pre Training - This four week process allows you to get your feet wet and get started right away. Pre Training also builds the foundation prior to your training at Mr Window® Headquarters. From choosing & setting up your office location to online training materials & webinars you can get started FAST!

Step 2 - Training - This intensive two week training program focuses on business management, marketing strategies and hands on operations training. This comprehensive & in-depth training program prepares you to manage your operations, your office & most importantly grow your business!

Step 3 - Post Training - This one week training program is an on-site training program at your office and in your territory. This helps you actually 'apply' everything that you have learned and to ensure that you know exactly how to apply all of the Mr Window® Systems. This training focuses on sales growth, development of field technicians, and operational efficiency. We are there to help you go down the right road for success!

Step 4 - Ongoing Training - We continue your education through field visits, job walk assistance, project supervision as well as continued online education & training. The Mr Window® University was developed from decades of experience! We even have a Masters Degree program for those who want to be at the top of their class amongst their peers. Through our packaged turn-key system, you will be ready to experience the satisfaction and freedom that comes from owning your own business.
